Easy, stylish low budget sidetable. Buy some mirrors from IKEA (4 for 5 Euros) and paint them into a simalar size box. I also painted my bed black.. I needed some new now.

In this kitchen, the solutions are economical, practical and visually stunning.
On the walls were the panel, this we removed. Subsequently painted and inserted a chest of drawers from IKEA. This works very well since it has lots of drawers to different foods etc.

I`m only renting the apartment I live in now and I dont want to spend to much money on renovating. In the kitchen there was blue tiles between the shelves. I decided to add plywood atop the tiles. Then I painted them in “mystical calais” from Nordsjø. This cost almost nothing and can be taken away when I move out. Just a tip if you are renting.

New year, means new beginnings. I want to change my sofa. I am tired of the white one. What’s better than a real splash of color in the living room? I want to bring in more colors. A more personalized interior. I’ve always liked things not everyone else has, so really looking forward flea season is underway again. See you there! Fighting about that cool lamp we just have to bring home. I think this is the big trend in 2015 – “the things nobody else have” Indeed? What do you think?

I`ve been painting a lot, and If you know my blog – you also know that I love painting my walls. Because I see how much it changes the room and the atmosphere. Since it winter and dark outside I just wanted it all white. A bit different from what I am used to, but I kind of like it. The shelfes is from IKEA (from the kitchen department). I folied them with the marble plastic to make them more personal
I have crafted the bed of an old bookcase from IKEA. So I got the room at the end of the bed for books and magazines.

BEFORE AND AFTER KITCHEN

When we moved into the apartment we are living in now it looked like this. I saw the potential, but since we are renting now I wanted it to be as cheap as possible. So I started to paint the floors white. After that I took all the walls. The blue color on the fronts was horrible, so they got white too. And than I made some leather handles in brown.
I then covered the tiles with some plywood. Voilà! “New” kitchen, €250/2000 NOK.
